Internet Marketing- Is All A Mind Set

There are a lot of people online today looking at Internet Marketing as the answer to their money problems and they are buying into all the different sales pitches that are out on the internet.

Unfortunately these people have no idea what Internet Marketing is all about or how to do it. So jump at the idea of making money in their sleep or on vacation on some beautiful beach not having to do any work just collecting the checks and counting the money is very appealing !

If only that was true the failed rate would not be 97% . Now think about that for a minute if it was that easy everyone would be doing this and making tons of money. Now I am not saying that it is hard to market online, but does require cretin skills and the right mind set to make it all happen.

I was listening to a sports radio station the other day and they were talking about how long it takes to be at that pro level and what caught my attention was they said that on average to be great at anything it takes 10,000 hours of practice. Just think about that for a minute and let that sink in, and now relate that to Internet Marketing why would anyone think that they can come online not knowing anything or very little and think that they can make tons of money just because some sales letter says they can if they buy whatever they are selling? It just does not make sense but people do it every day.

You need to get your mind set that this what you what to do and then you have to learn how to do all the things to make that happen for you. It just like when you went to school or college just because you walked through the doors you did not instantly learn anything by just showing up you had to study do your work to get the grades that you were looking for. Like the old saying you have walk before you can run, it is the same thing with Internet Marketing is all a Mind Set.
